m\u00eame temps est celui de faire coexister des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de plusieurs cat\u00e9gories\u00a0: -boomers &#8211; g\u00e9n\u00e9rations X, Y &amp; Z &#8211; mill\u00e9niaux, de genres diff\u00e9rents (Homme\/Femme) et de statuts-cat\u00e9gories socioprofessionnelles diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p><p>Avec des profils, attentes, besoins et comportements au travail diff\u00e9rents\u00a0; selon que l\u2019on soit en d\u00e9but, au milieu de carri\u00e8re ou proche de la retraite.<\/p><p>Le management interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel et interpersonnel doit int\u00e9grer les facteurs de motivation, en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la Grille de Maslow, les perceptions du chef ou leader, la distance hi\u00e9rarchique et la r\u00e9duction de l\u2019incertitude en particulier dans nos pays maghr\u00e9bins qui sont diff\u00e9rents des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s occidentales.<\/p><p>S\u2019il y a des \u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels de base, beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments sont variables, comme par exemple la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 et le rapport salari\u00e9-employeur, le respect de l\u2019autorit\u00e9 du leader, l\u2019individualisme-\u00e9gocentrisme\/ Vs collectivisme\u2026..<\/p><p>Autre levier strat\u00e9gique\u00a0: la culture d\u2019entreprise qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 par son histoire,\u00a0(avec ses principales \u00e9tapes depuis sa cr\u00e9ation, diff\u00e9rents statuts juridiques\u2026) ses valeurs, son \u00e9thique et son mode de gouvernance.<\/p>\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element multiplier les \u00e9changes et communications interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelles, pratiquement \u00ab\u00a0en temps r\u00e9el\u00a0\u00bb. Ils permettent \u00e9galement de travailler en r\u00e9seau grace aux visioconf\u00e9rences et travail \u00e0 distance ou t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/p><p>Ainsi, le partage d\u2019informations, fichiers, rapports\u2026s\u2019en trouve am\u00e9lior\u00e9 par rapport aux modes de communication traditionnels, en mode courriers &#8211; papier avec les d\u00e9lais envoi-r\u00e9ception plus longs.<\/p><p>Mais ces outils, comme toute nouvelle technologie, sont porteurs de risques divers\u00a0: cyber s\u00e9curit\u00e9, manipulation de donn\u00e9es, (voix, images, textes, identit\u00e9\u2026avec l\u2019IA) et r\u00e9duisent les contacts humains en les rempla\u00e7ant par des contacts appareils t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques et ordinateurs.<\/p><p>Le rapport Homme\/Machine est invers\u00e9 et requiert d\u2019autres postures des groupes concern\u00e9s.
