premiers d\u00e9fis manag\u00e9riaux au quotidien. Les diff\u00e9rentes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations n\u2019ont ni le m\u00eame rapport au travail, ni la m\u00eame relation \u00e0 la hi\u00e9rarchie, aux r\u00e8gles ou encore \u00e0 l\u2019autonomie. Je constate principalement des diff\u00e9rences en mati\u00e8re de <strong>communication et de rythme de fonctionnement<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple :<\/p><p>&#8211; Les baby-boomers privil\u00e9gient des rapports et des comptes rendus formels, en vouvoyant syst\u00e9matiquement ;<\/p><p>&#8211; La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration X s\u2019appuie sur des e-mails plus ou moins formels et des relances t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques ;<\/p><p>&#8211; La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z passe imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 l\u2019action via un groupe WhatsApp du projet, alternant \u00e9mojis et captures d\u2019\u00e9cran.<\/p><p>Cette diversit\u00e9 cr\u00e9e une dynamique riche, mais parfois au d\u00e9triment de l\u2019harmonie. C\u2019est \u00e0 lui qu\u2019il incombe de garantir :<\/p><p>&#8211; La disponibilit\u00e9 et le bon fonctionnement des outils ;<\/p><p>&#8211; L\u2019acc\u00e8s de chacun aux formations adapt\u00e9es ;<\/p><p>&#8211; Un accompagnement continu face aux transformations.<\/p><p>Enfin, ces mutations doivent \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans une <strong>vision strat\u00e9gique claire<\/strong>, inscrite dans la roadmap de l\u2019entreprise.
